Look What We Do
Education
There are several levels of education offered through the Huntington Co. Humane Society. . . .
  1st - Educational Programs.  These are programs suited to your specific needs and subject.  They are geared to the age level of each group.  Our trained Educator, Dee Hoffman, will come to your location and give a 20 minute to 2 hour program, what every your individual group needs are.  Programs include our Mascot, Sandy and informational handouts.  Please contact Dee at the Huntington Humane Shelter at (260)356-0355 Monday, Tuesday or Friday 12 noon unitl 6 PM or Saturday 10 AM until 12 noon, or leave a message any other time.
   2 nd -  Huntington Humane Society fund raising events.  At each event the education department conducts many different short 5 to 10 minute programs to teach adults and children proper care and safety concerning animals.   Dee is present at most all events and can answer just about any question that you can think of.
